We operate high-volume logistics. Once an order is with a carrier, delays due to weather or capacity are outside our control.

All sales are final due to the nature of vaping products. Defects or damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo or video proof. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable.
