6. Shipping & Delivery (Alberta)

• Local coverage: St. Albert, Edmonton, Fort Saskatchewan, Sherwood Park, Leduc, and Morinville.
• Same-day window: 10:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M., Monday to Friday. Last order cutoff: 3:00 P.M.
• Reliability: We operate high-volume logistics; once with a carrier, delays due to weather or capacity are outside our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final due to the nature of vaping products.
• Defects or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
• Approved refunds go to the original payment method; shipping fees are generally non-refundable.
