Local Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We offer free same-day local delivery to Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Leduc, and Morinville.
What are the delivery hours?
We deliver Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Place your order before 3:00 PM for same-day delivery.
Do you deliver outside Edmonton and surrounding areas?
Currently we offer local delivery only in the Edmonton metro area. Expansion is coming soon. For orders outside these areas, Canada Post shipping is available.
What happens if I am not available to receive my package?
If you are unavailable at delivery, your package will be redelivered within 1 to 3 business days.
What happens if I can't receive the re-delivery after it failed the first time?
Your order will be canceled and your money will not be refunded.
If I couldn't receive the package the first time, can I request to pick it up at the store?
Only the first time. If you don't request pickup before the redelivery is made, and the redelivery is carried out, your order will be canceled and your money will not be refunded.
Is ID verification required at delivery?
Yes. Valid government-issued ID is required for all deliveries. You must be 18 years of age or older to receive your order.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free Canada Post shipping on all orders over CAD $99. Standard shipping rates apply to orders below this amount.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No minimum order required. You can order as little or as much as you like.
I couldn't receive my order, what happens now?
If your order couldn't be delivered due to an address issue and the problem is our responsibility, your package will be reshipped once we receive it.
If your package is returned due to an address issue and it's your responsibility, you have 7 days to notify us after the package is returned to us (you can check the time by reviewing your tracking number). After that time, your package will not be reshipped.
If you notify us before the 7-day period has expired, we can reship the package if you purchase your own label for CAD$30 (we have enabled an option for you to purchase it) or you can place a new order and add the returned order to it.

Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is not currently available. We ship within Canada only.
Orders & Payments
How do I apply a coupon or discount?
No coupon codes needed. All discounts are applied automatically at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely online.
I placed an order and didn't meet the minimum requirement for free shipping, so I selected free local delivery, and my order is on HOLD. What happens now?
Your order will be placed on HOLD and released in 30 days.
Can I place another order with the remaining amount to reach the minimum for free shipping so you can send my complete order?
Yes, you can also purchase your own label without needing to reach the CAD$99 minimum. This way, we can ship both orders (the original one on HOLD) and the new one you placed to unlock the first.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Defective items are exchanged free of charge.
