Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy applies to any order you place with us.
Temporary Change: Canada Post Job Action
Due to the nationwide strike pausing Canada Post operations, we are offering alternative shipping options to avoid delays or disruptions. In addition to local deliveries, you can receive your packages through Purolator.
You can also now opt to purchase your own shipping label with UPS if you prefer this method.
What happens to packages shipped with Canada Post?
-
Packages already in transit with Canada Post will remain in transit pending full resolution of the job action.
-
We will continue to provide alternative delivery solutions until further notice.
Until the Canada Post issue is resolved, all packages with a minimum value of CAD $150 will be shipped using Purolator (same threshold previously used for Canada Post).
Packages that do not meet these requirements will be placed on hold until the buyer is contacted to cancel and receive a refund, or to wait until the Canada Post issue is resolved.
What are my shipping & delivery options?
We ship packages via Purolator on any orders over CAD $150 and via our own team for local delivery.
Shipping fees
Shipping is free on any order over CAD $150.
All times and dates for delivery are provided in good faith but are estimates only.
Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with your tracking information.
Do you deliver internationally?
No, we do not offer international shipping.
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days from receiving the shipment. If 7 days have passed since delivery, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any change due to damage does not incur an additional cost.
How can you contact us about this policy?
If any part of this policy conflicts with local laws or carrier-specific terms, the applicable law or carrier terms will prevail where required.
